Although growing in popularity during the last decade, Sound Healing has been used by humanity for thousands of years. The power of sound is still underestimated to this day. Wether it be by singing mantras, playing the gong, singing bowls or cristal instruments, sound has the power to facilitate a calm and soothing environment for our body to relax and for the harmonizing process to take place within our cells.
